“Mathematics is not about numbers, equations computations or algorithms: It is only about UNDERSTANDING” Quiz competitions help the students think with a different perspective. It also promotes many good qualities like team work, problem-solving skills, time management, patience etc. In order to test the knowledge of the basic concepts, an Inter-House Mathematics Competition for the students of Middle Wing  (VI to VIII) of RPS Sr. Sec School M/garh was conducted in the assembly on 04th Dec, 2019. There were 4 teams viz Alpha, Beta, Gamma, and Delta. The quiz began with a lot of anticipation and excitement. There were five rounds like Question-Solving Round, Buzzer Round, Visual Round and Rapid-Fire Round. The Gama team won the competition and bagged the first position. Closing Ceremony of Summer Camp

Today was the closing ceremony of summer camp. Instead of scorching heat, all campers’ parents attended this ceremony. All the campers, parents as well as teachers were highly excited to be a part of a heart touching ceremony. All children expressed their talent and newly learnt skills like dance, drama, group song, solo song, personality development skills and yoga skills etc. In the nutshell, it was an amazing and unforgettable experience for children along with teachers. We hope for to be continue, the process of every ward’s personal growth.

Gurpurab Celebration

Gurpurab Celebration “Nanak Naam Jahaaz hai Jo Chadhe So Uttre Paar!” Guru Nanak Ji was the first of the ten Sikh gurus and founder of Sikhism. His birth anniversary is observed as ‘Gurpurb’ across the globe. Guru Nanak ji travelled widely to spread the message of oneness and compassion. To observe this auspicious occasion, RPS School Mahendergarh Middle Wing presented a special assembly. The students came dressed in traditional Sikh attire and the assembly commenced with prayer followed by a demonstration of the customary ‘Prabaht Pheri’. Some students shared useful information relating to the life and teachings of ‘Guru Nanak Dev Ji’. The little champs also presented the Shabads and Kirtan. Several in the audience could be seen tapping the floor in devotion. Finally the ‘EK Onkar’ Prayer was chanted by the students in reverence and homage.
