Best Dramebaaz Competition

" Everyone has talent " What 's rare is the courage to follow it to the dark places where it leads. Such talent was visibly evident in the stars of RPS . " Best Dramebaaz Competition " was held at  RPS Mahendergarh   . The vision behind this event was to enable students to perform on the stage." Best Dramebaaz was truly magnificent talent on display. How beautifully the children of classes 6th to 8th copied their favourite actors and actresses and enacted their roles ....! They all looked so  bold and  confident . It was really mesmerizing performances by the RPSians. On this event, Mrs. Pavitra Rao( Chairperson), Mrs. Sarita V. Singh (Principal) and Mrs. Priti Sharma (Middle wing Head) congratulated all the winners impressing upon the importance of such events for all round development of the students, and encouraged all to participate in more numbers. Lord Krishna's Birthday

Janmashtmi, the birthday of Lord Krishna is celebrated with great devotion and enthusiasm in India. Shri Krishna is considered as the one of the most powerful human incarnations of Lord Vishnu. The solo objective of Shri Krishna’s birth was to free the earth from the evilness of Demons. It is also known as Krishnashtmi, Gokulastmi, Shri Krishan Jayanti etc. Janmashtmi festival was celebrated with great zeal and pomp by the children of Middle Wing at RPS Mahendergarh . Patron mam, Mrs. Pavitra Rao(Chairperson) ,Mrs. Prem Madam,Mrs. Sarita V. Singh (Principal) and Mrs. Priti Sharma (Middle Wind Head) wished the children Happy Janamashtmi ,shared the importance of Janamashtmi and motivated the children to get inspiration from the greatest epic ' The Gita 'of Shri Krishna. Children came dressed in as Krishna and Radha and other colourful outfits. They adorned themselves with peacock feather head-gears and decorated Matkas and Flutes. Cancer Awareness Campaign

Cancer is a leading cause of death worldwide. It accounts for 7.4 million deaths (around 13% of all deaths) yearly. Cancer often creates fear which comes out of ignorance and misconception. More than 30% of cancer cases could be prevented by modifying life style or avoiding key factors. RPS school, Mahendergarh Middle wing conducted a cancer awareness program for students and society. In it the cancer was explained in detail with epidemiological viewpoints by Dr. Monu Yadav (SMO ) Dr. Nisha, Mr. Ajay Kakad (Pharmacist) at Civil Hospital Mohindergarah. Also the history of cancer, types assessment of cancer treatment, and kinds of malignant growth treatment accessible was made clear. Inter-House Science Quiz

Competition Wizards of 6 to 8 constantly strived to outsmart each other in the Inter-House Science Quiz Contest of RPS M/Garh Middle Wing . Sharp and tricky questions were tackled with promptness and ease. Children put tremendous effort to win the contest with confidence and faced all the questions thrown at them. It was pleasure to find such talent and potential in Rpsians . There were total five rounds namely; General Round, Buzzer Round ,Visual Identification Round, Puzzle Round , Rapid Fire Round and Tie Breaker Round to reach the summit. There was a tie between Abdul Kalam House and Kalpana Chawla House.It was the time for the both houses to prove their mettle in the quiz. At last Kalpana Chawla House begged the first position followed by Abdul Kalam House and Ramanujan House in third position. Gurpurab Celebration

Gurpurab Celebration “Nanak Naam Jahaaz hai Jo Chadhe So Uttre Paar!” Guru Nanak Ji was the first of the ten Sikh gurus and founder of Sikhism. His birth anniversary is observed as ‘Gurpurb’ across the globe. Guru Nanak ji travelled widely to spread the message of oneness and compassion. To observe this auspicious occasion, RPS School Mahendergarh Middle Wing presented a special assembly. The students came dressed in traditional Sikh attire and the assembly commenced with prayer followed by a demonstration of the customary ‘Prabaht Pheri’. Some students shared useful information relating to the life and teachings of ‘Guru Nanak Dev Ji’. The little champs also presented the Shabads and Kirtan. Several in the audience could be seen tapping the floor in devotion. Finally the ‘EK Onkar’ Prayer was chanted by the students in reverence and homage. Constitution Day Celebration

The  Middle Wing of RPS Sr Sec School M/Garh celebrated the Constitution Day on 26th November. The aim was to make students aware of the fact that the Constitution of India was adopted by the constituent assembly on 26th November 1949 to honour democracy. The assembly began with a scintillating performance by the school orchestra.     Students of class VI to VIII presented a skit to celebrate the constitution as a “Living Document”, capable of adopting itself to current situation. The skit highlighted the four guiding principles of Indian Constitution, “Library, Equality, Justice and Fraternity” and their relevance in modern India. It left a message that the constitution is not a remote document but permeates every aspect of our life.      On the 11th anniversary of the Mumbai terror attacks, RPS family remembered our brave soldiers who sacrificed their lives for our safety.
